The newest American Community Survey data is NOW LIVE on vitaldata.fvdex.org 🎉 These 5-year estimates offer the most current, neighborhood-level view of population, economic, housing, and social conditions and support local planning, assessments, and community investments. The ACS is particularly useful for examining long-term trends for things like population and demographics; housing and renting; income and poverty; education and more!
Unlike other recent releases that were significantly affected by pandemic-related disruptions to data collection, this 2020–2024 dataset provides a new baseline for understanding the long-term impacts on economic stability, housing affordability, and community wellbeing. That means better comparisons over time and more confidence in the trends you’re seeing.
